Fastest method: in the app open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm.
Without access to the app
Email info@lentita.com from the address used for your AuraPvP account with the subject “AuraPvP account deletion”. Include only your display name and sign-in email. We may ask you to verify control of the account; never send passwords or identity documents unless a lawful need is explained through a secure channel.
What is deleted
Authentication account, private account data, profile, follows, push tokens, pending challenges, presence records and votes linked to the account are deleted or anonymized.
Timing and exceptions
In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required by law or necessary to prevent abuse, resolve disputes or protect platform integrity, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
