Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the AuraPvP app and services. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Eligibility
You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept these terms. If local law requires parental permission, you must obtain it before using AuraPvP.
Safe and lawful use
Battles must take place lawfully in safe, recognized public places. No violence, harassment, threats, dangerous acts, trespass, private-home events, impersonation, cheating, location spoofing or vote manipulation is allowed. AuraPvP is not an organizer, referee or emergency service.
Accounts and content
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You remain responsible for content and challenges you create and grant AuraPvP the limited rights needed to host and display them. Report unlawful or unsafe activity and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
Battles and rankings
Check-in, presence, audience and vote thresholds determine whether a battle affects rankings. A vote is final and publicly anonymous. AuraPvP may invalidate results, restrict features or suspend accounts when rules or integrity controls are breached.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Features may be added or removed, with reasonable notice for material changes. The free MVP does not guarantee continuous availability or any ranking, reward or commercial value.
Liability and termination
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AuraPvP is not liable for user-organized meetings, conduct of other users or indirect losses. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; AuraPvP may suspend serious or repeated violations. Italian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country.
